How do I perform a drop-ship order?
Drop-ships can be completed by entering the chosen recipient's address into the shipping information on the checkout page. All orders are sent with a packing slip only and the invoice can be found by logging into your account or seen in your confirmation email. For any additional assistance viewing an invoice, please contact our team at customer@kanherb.com.
Which forms of payment can I use?
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. You can securely save your credit card and other billing information to your online account, so you can see it when you log back in for your next online order, but Kan staff cannot view that info, so we'll ask you for your payment information on each phone order.
Does Kan sell to consumers or patients directly?
As of November 2025, Kan has introduced three new formulas, and is offering them to consumers without a practitioner recommendation, and to new and existing practitioner accounts.
Does Kan sell on Amazon?
As of summer 2025, Kan is experimenting with selling some specific formulas on Amazon as an effort to police those who are buying from Kan (or our distributors) and reselling on Amazon. That practice is in violation of Kan's terms and conditions, but it has been happening for years, and Kan has struggled to effectively enforce this practice. What are the shipping and handling rates?
We are now using shipping services offered by Shopify at reduced rates. Cost of shipping will be based on location and order size. We do offer free UPS services at a minimum $150 (Ground Shipping) and $200 (3-Day Select). USPS Priority shipping is also available for all orders.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No, there is no minimum order requirement.
Will California sales tax apply?
Yes, taxes will be applied at checkout if you are shipping within California. If you have a seller's permit, please email us a copy to make your account exempt from state taxes. We do not charge taxes for out of state orders.
How do I return products?
Please contact our Customer Care Specialists in order to authorize a return. You will need to provide the order number, product name, and the reason for return. The unused and unopened item(s) must be returned within 60 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Upon receiving your items, we will issue a refund to your preferred payment method.
Shipping Damages
To return items due to Shipping Damage, please immediately contact customer service to request an inspection. Save all broken items and shipping materials and we will start a claim with the shipping service in order to receive a refund for the value of the order. If necessary, we will replace the damaged items or issue a refund to your card.
How are my privacy and security protected?
Kan Herb Company values its customers and respects their privacy. Our policies are intended to ensure that your personal information is handled safely and responsibly. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
As found in our Privacy Policy, your personal information is used only to carry out the purpose for which the information was provided; for example, providing product and service information, filling and shipping orders.
How do I opt out from receiving information?
You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by selecting Unsubscribe at the bottom of any Kan newsletter. We too despise spam and mail we haven't asked for, so we'll honor your wish to opt out of our once- or twice-a-month emails.
