Shipping Discounts

  • Free UPS Ground Shipping for all domestic orders over $125

Shipping Charges are based on Ups

Do you need 3 Day or 2 Day delivery?

UPS Ground will deliver in 1–2 days to most areas of California, Oregon, and Utah, as well as to most of Nevada, the western half of Washington, the Phoenix area of Arizona, and the S.W. area of Wyoming. (Partial areas of states are determined by zip code).

Delivery time is counted starting with the next business day.

If today is Monday:

2 Day arrives on Wednesday
3 Day arrives on Thursday

If today is Friday:

2 Day arrives on Tuesday
3 Day arrives on Wednesday

Shipping Facts

  • UPS does not ship to Post Office boxes; a street address must be used.

  • Shipping charges will be shown before the purchase is complete.

  • All orders will be shipped a few days after they have been received and processed.

  • Orders to Hawaii and Alaska ship UPS 2nd Day Air.

  • Special shipping arrangements are available upon request. Contact Customer Service.

  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address that you have specified. UPS does not ship to Post Office boxes; a street address must be used.

No Minimum Order

There is no minimum order requirement.


Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Sales Tax

Current California tax rate is 7.25%.
Santa Cruz County tax rate is 8.5%.
Santa Cruz City tax rate is 9.25%.
Out of State orders are automatically exempt.

Shipping Damages

  1. Contact Customer Service immediately to request an inspection. Save all broken items and shipping materials.

  2. Customer Service will contact UPS to report the shipping damage. Items will be returned to Kan Herb Company after UPS inspection.

  3. Kan Herb will reship, credit you for the damaged merchandise, or otherwise assist you.

Short Shipments and Mis-shipments

Contact Customer Service within 3 days of delivery with short shipment and mis-shipment concerns.

Guarantee and Returns

At Kan Herb Company, the confidence and pride we place in our products is reflected by our Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused portion of any product within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund.

Return of Unused Items
Return of items that are sealed, with the stock number attached, and suitable for resale, are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. The items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be returned with prepaid shipping - we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Proper packaging must be used in order to eliminate damage or marring of labels, or credit may not be given.

Special Ordered Products
Special ordered products are not returnable.

  2. On the Return Authorization form sent to you, please provide the following information:

    2. Address
    3. Email address
    4. Phone number
    5. Reason for the return, a copy of the original invoice (if possible) or invoice number, date of purchase, and description of the items returned.

Out of Stock Items

Although we make every effort to maintain adequate stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. Any changes will be reflected in your invoice order total and shipping confirmation. Please call 800.543.5233 or 831.438.9450 with any questions you may have regarding out of stock items.

Canceling an Order

To cancel an order prior to shipment, contact Customer Service directly at 800.543.5233 or 831.438.9450, before 12 noon Pacific Standard Time, the same day that the order is placed.
